Frequently asked questions
- Is the widget paid?
- No. The small and medium Home Screen widgets, the Lock Screen widgets and StandBy are free, with no ads. Only the large widget belongs to Pro.
- How do I share the counter with my partner?
- With Pro: Settings › "Together" › enter your first name › "Invite". The invitation goes out through Messages like a card and opens in Ensemble on the other iPhone. Both devices need an iCloud account. One purchase covers you both.
- I changed iPhone and my counters are gone.
- They live in your iCloud: sign the new iPhone in to the same Apple Account, with iCloud turned on for Ensemble in Settings › Apple Account › iCloud, and open the app.
- I bought Pro and it is no longer active.
- In Settings › Ensemble Pro, tap "Restore Purchases" with the Apple Account that paid.
- How do I delete my data?
- Delete the counters in the app, or the app itself, then Ensemble's iCloud data in Settings › Apple Account › iCloud. We hold no copy.
